Package 1 – Installation Only (Owner-Supplied)
Professional installation of all security components provided by the client. This package includes skille labor (lead technician, installers, and project manager), system walk-through, and operational training. Estimated Cost: $8,750 labor, or $9,013 with a 3% markup.
Package 2 – Installation + Shared Monitoring & Maintenance
Professional installation with shared monitoring between contractor and client. Includes six months maintenance at 50% off or 3% of original labor cost, and priority service response. Estimated Cost: Labor baseline $8,750-$9,013. Optional monitoring at $45/month; maintenance at $35/month.
Package 3 – Full-Service Emergency Response
Full-service model with contractor-supplied equipment, 24/7 monitoring, and emergency response coordination. Six months of system upgrade consultation included. Materials: 12 Cameras ($2,220). NVR with 8TB HDD ($650), cabling allowance ($650), power supply ($450). Combined with labor, estimated cost is $12,720, or $13,102 with markup. Ongoing Monitoring: $45/month. Maintenance: $35/month.

- Service Calls: Net-7 payment terms.
- Exclusions: Permits, structural work, IT re-engineering, and patching unless specified.
